Healthy and delicious avocado toast with a perfectly poached egg

Ingredients

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 medium avocado
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1 to taste salt

Instructions

  1. 1Toast bread until golden and crispy
  2. 2Mash avocados with lemon juice and salt
  3. 3Poach eggs in simmering water for 3-4 minutes
  4. 4Spread avocado on toast
  5. 5Top with poached egg and red pepper flakes
