Grilled chicken wrap with fresh vegetables and tangy sauce

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 2 medium tomato
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Instructions
