Creamy homemade hummus with fresh vegetable sticks

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15oz) chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 medium carrots
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 2 medium bell pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Drain and rinse chickpeas
  2. 2Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic until smooth
  3. 3Add water to reach desired consistency
  4. 4Cut vegetables into sticks
  5. 5Serve hummus with veggie sticks
