Shrimp Boil

Festive low country boil with shrimp, andouille, corn, and potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs large shrimp, shell-on
  • 1 lb, sliced andouille sausage
  • 4 halved corn on the cob
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 halved lemon
  • 4 tbsp / 4 cloves butter and garlic dipping sauce

Instructions

  1. 1.Fill a large pot with water; add Old Bay and lemon; bring to boil.
  2. 2.Add potatoes and cook 10 minutes; add sausage and corn, cook 5 more minutes.
  3. 3.Add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes until pink; drain.
  4. 4.Spread on a table lined with newspaper and serve with garlic butter.
