BBQ Chicken Protein Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (124 g) bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup (227 g) Fage nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup (80 g) sugar-free BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup (84 g) shredded mozzarella
  • 3 oz (84 g) cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (47 g) red onion, finely chopped
  • as desired green onion for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 450°F and line a pizza pan with parchment.
  2. 2.Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and dried herbs/spices, then add yogurt to form a dough.
  3. 3.Roll dough into a circle and par-bake the crust for about 12 minutes until set.
  4. 4.Top crust with BBQ sauce, mozzarella, chicken, and red onion, then bake another 6-8 minutes until golden.
  5. 5.Slice, garnish with green onion, and serve warm.
