Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

• 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, thinly sliced
• 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 12 oz, cooked egg noodles

Instructions

1. 1.Sear beef in batches over high heat; remove.
2. 2.Sauté onion and mushrooms until golden; stir in flour.
3. 3.Add broth and bring to simmer; stir in sour cream and mustard.
4. 4.Return beef; heat through and serve over egg noodles.
