Ingredients

  • 4 large, room temp egg whites
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries
  • to whip powdered sugar and vanilla

Instructions

  1. 1.Beat egg whites to soft peaks; gradually add sugar until stiff and glossy.
  2. 2.Fold in cornstarch and vinegar; spread into a circle on parchment.
  3. 3.Bake at 250°F for 1.5 hours; turn off oven and cool inside with door ajar.
  4. 4.Top with whipped cream and pile on fresh berries.
