Ingredients

  • 4 cups short-grain rice, cooked
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup each spinach, bean sprouts, carrot, zucchini
  • 4 fried eggs
  • 4 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons each sesame oil and soy sauce

Instructions

  1. 1.Season and cook ground beef with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  2. 2.Sauté each vegetable separately with garlic and sesame oil; season.
  3. 3.Divide rice into bowls, arrange meat and vegetables in sections.
  4. 4.Top with a fried egg and gochujang; mix everything together before eating.
