Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15oz) black beans, drained
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon each cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder
  • 2 mashed avocado
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • for salsa mango, jalapeño, red onion, cilantro

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook beans in a skillet with spices and a splash of water until heated and saucy.
  2. 2.Make avocado crema by blending avocado, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
  3. 3.Dice mango with jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro for salsa.
  4. 4.Warm tortillas and fill with beans, salsa, and avocado crema.
