Ingredients

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese, drained overnight
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp / 1 tsp vanilla extract and orange zest
  • 12 store-bought or homemade cannoli shells
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1.Beat drained ricotta until smooth; mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, orange zest, and chocolate chips.
  2. 2.Transfer to a piping bag; refrigerate until shells are ready.
  3. 3.Pipe filling into both ends of each shell.
  4. 4.Dip ends in crushed pistachios; dust with powdered sugar.
