Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle seasoning
  • 2 cups, cooked rice
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 cup corn
  • to top avocado, sour cream, pico de gallo
  • for rice cilantro and lime

Instructions

  1. 1.Season chicken with chipotle seasoning; grill or sear until cooked; slice.
  2. 2.Season cooked rice with cilantro and lime juice.
  3. 3.Warm black beans with cumin and salt; heat corn.
