Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15oz each) chickpeas, drained and dried
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. 1.Pat chickpeas very dry; toss with olive oil and spices.
  2. 2.Spread on a sheet pan and roast at 400°F for 25-30 minutes, shaking halfway.
  3. 3.Cool 10 minutes - they crisp as they cool; store uncovered up to 2 days.
