Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 lb littleneck clams
  • 1 lb mussels
  • 1 lb, cubed fish fillets (halibut or cod)
  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • as needed onion, garlic, fennel, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. 1.Sauté onion, fennel, and garlic; add wine, tomatoes, and broth; simmer 20 minutes.
  2. 2.Add clams and mussels; cover and cook 5 minutes until shells open.
  3. 3.Add shrimp and fish; cook 3-5 minutes.
  4. 4.Serve with sourdough bread for dunking.
