Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. 1.Mix beef, breadcrumbs soaked in milk, eggs, onion, Worcestershire, and salt; form into a loaf.
  2. 2.Place in loaf pan or on baking sheet; spread ketchup over top.
  3. 3.Bake at 350°F for 55-60 minutes until internal temp reaches 160°F.
  4. 4.Rest 10 minutes before slicing; serve with mashed potatoes.
