Ingredients

  • 32 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1.25 cups sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. 1.Mix graham crumbs with melted butter; press into springform pan, bake at 350°F 10 min.
  2. 2.Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; mix in sour cream, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. 3.Pour into crust; bake in water bath at 325°F for 55-60 minutes.
