Ingredients

  • 8 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 cups, diced grilled chicken breast
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 medium avocado, diced
  • 3 quartered hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. 1.Arrange lettuce as base in a large bowl or platter.
  2. 2.Arrange chicken, bacon, avocado, eggs, tomatoes, and blue cheese in rows over lettuce.
  3. 3.Drizzle with vinaigrette just before serving.
