Copycat Starbucks Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 (64 g) Joseph’s lavash bread
  • 2 tablespoons (14 g) sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups (45 g) baby spinach
  • 3/4 cup (184 g) egg whites
  • to taste seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder)
  • 1 (19 g) Laughing Cow cheese wedge
  • 2 tablespoons (14 g) crumbled feta

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook sun-dried tomatoes and spinach in a skillet until the greens wilt; transfer half to a plate.
  2. 2.Scramble egg whites with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, folding in half of the spinach mixture; cook until set.
  3. 3.Spread the cheese wedge on the lavash, layer remaining spinach mixture and feta, then add egg whites and fold the wrap.
  4. 4.Toast the wrap in the skillet for about 1 minute per side until golden and heated through.
