Ingredients

  • 4 red pepper
  • 100 g feta
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. 1.Cut the peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  2. 2.In a bowl combine 3.5 oz (100 grams) Feta cheese, 7 oz (200 grams) cottage cheese, 1 tbsp chopped chives (optional), 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional), 1/4 tsp salt (more or less to taste) and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
  3. 3.Fill the peppers with the mixture. Top with chopped chives and parsley.
  4. 4.Serve.
