Maryland-style jumbo lump crab cakes with Old Bay and remoulade sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb jumbo lump crab meat
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • to serve fresh parsley and lemon

Instructions

  1. 1.Gently mix crab with mayo, mustard, Old Bay, breadcrumbs, and egg without over-mixing.
  2. 2.Form into 8 patties; refrigerate 30 minutes.
  3. 3.Pan-fry in butter over medium heat 4 minutes per side until golden.
  4. 4.Serve with remoulade and lemon wedges.
