Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
  • 1 cup beer batter (flour, beer, spices)
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • for salsa red onion, jalapeño, cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle in adobo

Instructions

  1. 1.Mix mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice for salsa.
  2. 2.Blend sour cream with chipotle for crema.
  3. 3.Dip fish in beer batter; fry at 350°F until golden and crispy, 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4.Serve in warm corn tortillas with mango salsa and chipotle crema.
