Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • to fill Nutella, jam, or lemon curd

Instructions

  1. 1.Blend all batter ingredients until smooth; rest 30 minutes.
  2. 2.Heat a lightly buttered non-stick pan over medium-high.
  3. 3.Pour 1/4 cup batter and swirl to coat; cook 1-2 minutes, flip, cook 30 seconds.
  4. 4.Fill with Nutella, jam, fresh berries, or a squeeze of lemon and powdered sugar.
