Ingredients

  • 12 sheets lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb each ground beef and Italian sausage
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 32 oz ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 1 large egg
  • as needed Italian seasoning, garlic

Instructions

  1. 1.Brown meat with garlic and Italian seasoning; drain fat and stir in marinara.
  2. 2.Mix ricotta with egg, half the Parmesan, and seasoning.
  3. 3.Layer sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella; repeat 3-4 layers.
  4. 4.Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan; bake covered at 375°F 45 minutes, then uncovered 15 minutes.
