Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs (~680 g) sweet potatoes, diced
  • to taste salt, pepper, and cinnamon
  • 1 lb 99/1 lean ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 1/3 cups (303 g) nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (56 g) feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 (400 g) small avocados, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey

Instructions

  1. 1.Roast diced sweet potatoes at 425°F for about 30 minutes until tender and caramelized, seasoning with salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
  2. 2.Brown ground turkey in a skillet, then stir in tomato paste and taco seasoning until coated.
  3. 3.Assemble bowls with roasted sweet potatoes, turkey, dollops of Greek yogurt, feta, and avocado slices.
  4. 4.Drizzle each bowl with hot honey before serving.
