Creamy homemade hummus with fresh vegetable sticks

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15oz) chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 medium carrots
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 2 medium bell pepper

Instructions

  1. 1.Drain and rinse chickpeas
  2. 2.Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic until smooth
  3. 3.Add water to reach desired consistency
  4. 4.Cut vegetables into sticks
  5. 5.Serve hummus with veggie sticks
