Ingredients

  • 4 6oz each salmon fillets
  • 1 lb, trimmed asparagus
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 zest and juice lemon
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons each fresh dill and parsley

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 400°F; mix butter, lemon, garlic, and herbs.
  2. 2.Arrange asparagus on a sheet pan; nestle salmon on top.
  3. 3.Brush everything with herb butter; season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4.Roast 15-18 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
