Ingredients

  • 2 6oz tails cooked lobster tail meat
  • 8 oz tagliatelle
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • pinch / 2 sprigs saffron and fresh tarragon

Instructions

  1. 1.Sauté shallot in butter; add wine and saffron, reduce by half.
  2. 2.Add cream and simmer until thickened; season.
  3. 3.Cook pasta al dente; toss with sauce.
  4. 4.Add lobster meat; warm through and serve with fresh tarragon.
