Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup, crumbled cooked turkey sausage
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • to taste salt, pepper, garlic powder

Instructions
