Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup, crumbled cooked turkey sausage
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • to taste salt, pepper, garlic powder

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 12-cup muffin tin well.
  2. 2.Whisk eggs with seasoning; stir in all fillings.
