Ingredients

  • 2 cups store-bought hummus
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup, crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 warm pita bread

Instructions

  1. 1.Roast zucchini and tomatoes at 425°F with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 20 minutes.
  2. 2.Spread hummus in a wide bowl or plate.
  3. 3.Top with roasted vegetables, olives, and feta.
