Ingredients

  • 4 6oz each salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • to serve baby bok choy and sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1.Whisk miso, mirin, soy sauce, and sugar; spread over salmon.
  2. 2.Marinate 30 minutes to 24 hours in refrigerator.
  3. 3.Broil 8-10 minutes until glaze is caramelized and salmon is cooked through.
  4. 4.Serve with sautéed bok choy and steamed rice.
