Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes

Ingredients

  • 4 oz dark chocolate (70%), chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 whole + 2 yolks eggs
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. 1.Melt chocolate and butter; whisk in sugar, eggs, yolks, vanilla, and flour.
  2. 2.Pour into buttered and floured ramekins; refrigerate (can be done up to 24 hours ahead).
  3. 3.Bake at 425°F for 11-13 minutes - edges set, center jiggly.
  4. 4.Invert onto plates immediately; serve with vanilla ice cream.
