Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs, bone-in skin-on
  • 8 whole garlic cloves
  • 1 sliced lemon
  • 4 sprigs each fresh thyme and rosemary
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1.Season chicken generously; sear skin-side down in oven-safe skillet until golden.
  2. 2.Flip and add garlic, lemon, herbs, and broth around chicken.
  3. 3.Roast at 425°F for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  4. 4.Rest 5 minutes; serve with pan juices spooned over top.
