Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 6 cups sliced fresh or canned peaches
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp each cinnamon and vanilla

Instructions

  1. 1.Melt butter in a baking dish in the oven at 350°F.
  2. 2.Whisk flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, and milk; pour over melted butter without stirring.
  3. 3.Top with spiced peaches; sprinkle remaining sugar over top.
  4. 4.Bake 40-45 minutes until biscuit topping is golden; serve warm with ice cream.
