Ingredients

  • 8 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna, diced
  • 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup edamame
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • to top spicy mayo, sesame seeds, seaweed salad

Instructions

  1. 1.Marinate tuna in soy sauce and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
  2. 2.Season cooked rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt; let cool.
  3. 3.Build bowls with rice base, then arrange tuna, avocado, edamame, and cucumber.
  4. 4.Drizzle spicy mayo and sprinkle sesame seeds to serve.
