Ingredients

  • 15 oz canned pumpkin puree
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1.5 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 425°F; press crust into pan.
  2. 2.Whisk pumpkin, condensed milk, eggs, pie spice, and salt until smooth.
  3. 3.Pour into crust; bake at 425°F 15 minutes, reduce to 350°F and bake 35-40 minutes more.
  4. 4.Cool completely; serve with whipped cream.
