Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the quinoa according to package directions.
