Ingredients

  • 2 servings ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken or pork broth
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 2 cloves / 1-inch piece garlic and ginger
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 4 oz pork belly slices or chashu
  • to top nori, scallions, sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1.Simmer broth with soy sauce, mirin, garlic, and ginger for 20 minutes; strain.
  2. 2.Cook noodles according to package; divide into bowls.
  3. 3.Ladle hot broth over noodles.
  4. 4.Top with halved soft-boiled egg, pork, nori, scallions, and sesame seeds.
