Grilled spiced shrimp tacos with cilantro slaw and avocado crema

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs, peeled large shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon each cumin, chili powder, garlic powder
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups red and green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 for crema avocado
  • 3 tbsp / 2 tbsp lime juice and sour cream
  • to top jalapeño, cilantro, lime

Instructions

  1. 1.Season shrimp; grill or sear 2 minutes per side until pink.
  2. 2.Blend avocado with sour cream and lime for crema.
  3. 3.Toss cabbage with lime juice, cilantro, and salt.
  4. 4.Warm tortillas and fill with shrimp, slaw, avocado crema, and jalapeño.
