Slow-Cooker BBQ Ribs

Fall-off-the-bone pork ribs slow-cooked with dry rub and finished with BBQ sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 racks (about 4 lbs) pork baby back ribs
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon each garlic powder, onion powder, cumin
  • 1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. 1.Mix spices and brown sugar; rub generously over ribs.
  2. 2.Cut ribs to fit slow cooker; cook on LOW 6-7 hours.
  3. 3.Brush ribs with BBQ sauce; broil 5 minutes until caramelized.
  4. 4.Rest 5 minutes and serve with extra sauce.
