Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 4 medium carrots
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 sprigs rosemary

Instructions
