Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs, bone-in pork shoulder
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon each garlic powder, onion powder
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • to serve brioche buns and coleslaw

Instructions

  1. 1.Mix spices and rub all over pork shoulder.
  2. 2.Cook in slow cooker on LOW 8 hours or HIGH 4-5 hours.
  3. 3.Shred pork with two forks; mix with cooking juices and BBQ sauce.
  4. 4.Serve on brioche buns with creamy coleslaw.
