Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground turkey
  • 2 cans cannellini beans
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 can green chiles
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  1. 1.Brown the ground turkey with the diced onion and garlic in a skillet.
  2. 2.Transfer to the slow cooker with the beans, green chiles, broth, and spices.
  3. 3.Cover and cook on low for 6 hours (or high for 3).
  4. 4.Lightly mash some of the beans against the side to thicken, then serve.
