  • 8 oz sushi-grade tuna, diced
  • 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • to top nori sheets, scallions, sesame seeds

Instructions
