Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. 1.Mix cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, and garlic until smooth.
  2. 2.Fold in spinach and artichokes.
  3. 3.Spread in a baking dish; top with mozzarella.
