Ingredients

  • 24 oz, stems removed cremini mushrooms
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp / 1 tsp fresh parsley and Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. 1.Chop mushroom stems and sauté with garlic until dry.
  2. 2.Mix with cream cheese, sausage, Parmesan, and herbs.
  3. 3.Fill mushroom caps with cream cheese mixture.
  4. 4.Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden on top.
