Light sponge cake soaked in three milks and topped with airy whipped cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 5 separated eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp / 2 tbsp vanilla and powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. 1.Beat egg whites to stiff peaks; fold in yolks beaten with sugar, then flour.
  2. 2.Bake in a 9x13 pan at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  3. 3.Pierce cake all over; pour mixture of three milks over warm cake; refrigerate.
  4. 4.Top with whipped heavy cream; serve chilled.
