Ingredients

  • 4 halved lengthwise large zucchini
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 / 2 cloves onion and garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup, shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. 1.Scoop centers from zucchini; chop flesh and set aside.
  2. 2.Cook turkey with onion, garlic, and zucchini flesh; stir in marinara and seasoning.
  3. 3.Fill zucchini shells with turkey mixture; top with mozzarella.
  4. 4.Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until cheese bubbles and zucchini is tender.
