Ingredients

  • 2 cups each broccoli, snap peas, carrots, bell pepper
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves / 1 inch garlic and ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. 1.Whisk sauce: soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and rice vinegar.
  2. 2.Heat wok until smoking; add oil, then garlic and ginger.
  3. 3.Add harder vegetables first; stir-fry 3-4 minutes, then add softer ones.
  4. 4.Pour in sauce; toss to coat and serve over rice.
